- Discussion Groups – online discussion forums are a great way to find where your customers are hanging out. There’s a chance your customers are congregating in online groups like Google Groups and Yahoo Groups. These groups narrowly focus on a particular product and service. And being able to help them answer a question can be a great marketing tool.
